Regular social events
The Lauderdale Mansions South social committee organises regular events to which all residents and flat owners are invited. These events are also an opportunity for residents to invite their friends and family to the building and communal garden.
Each year, a summer garden party is held, where residents picnic in the garden, live music is performed, and activities laid on for children such as a bouncy castle and some organised games.
In November, there is also a bonfire party, where a large bonfire is lit in the garden, and mulled wine and food are served.
Other social occasions have included wine tasting evenings, and 'Ladies with Babies' get-togethers for mothers and carers with young children.
